ST NICHOLAS TROPHY [report by June]
14 year old Rachel Irvine (Largs) won the Ayrshire Girls' St Nicholas Trophy over Troon Portland beating 12 year old Emma Hale (Bentinck Ladies) on the better inward half. Both girls matched the SSS with nett 75's on a day which started wet but improved later in the afternoon.
